Rates are getting on the higher end. went in for car noise and they claimed it was the hub bearing that needed to be replaced and it need to be done immediately. went to 2 other mechanics and they said they were all completely fine and didn't need service. Either they didnt troubleshoot it right or just trying to upsell and use as replacement parts, either way👎

Mr. Eddie and his team ALWAYS take great care of me. They’re honest and reasonably priced. In addition, they go the extra mile to educate me on the best ways to keep my 2012 GMC Terrain on the road, running optimally. I was BLESSED to learn about Eddie Mac The Mechanic, via the Next Door app, a few years ago and I’ve been coming ever since. 1st visit, and highly recommend them. They are trustworthy and honest. I had provided a list of items the dealership recommended, and Eddie came back saying ( in a nice way--) about 80% of the dealer had identified was not necessary. Eddie fixed the other 20%, and my car runs great! I'll happily return again in the future if needed. -Thanks!

I don't typically write reviews. This is my second time. The first one was to give my dental office a five star rating. Like many, I selected Eddie Mac based on their review although they charge more than most mechanic shops. It was time to retire my car from the dealership since it is aging and not necessary to pay top premium prices and just looking for a local reputable shop that would provide excellent services. So, I took my car to Eddie Mac for a simple battery on indicator light which persisted after my battery had been replaced with a new one by AAA a couple of weeks prior. Eddie Mac technician diagnosed that it was the serpentine belts (one missing, one deteriorating) the total costs for the belts were appx $120 in total. They charged me appx $350 for this job. I payed this with no problem. However a few weeks(4), the same battery light came on again. Mind you, I only drive my car a short distance 1- 2 x weekly. T I explained to the receptionist that my car was having the exactly same problem again She told me to bring it in 4 days later. She(Bobbi) said it is now the alternator although they said the alternator was fine during their initial diagnosis. Also, I expla

Eddie always goes above and beyond. He is very honest and friendly. His work is excellent and he always takes the extra step to make sure everything is 100% I consider myself lucky that his shop is nearby, and I trust him to work on all my vehicles.
